A low-stress way to experience comeback week
- Pick 1–2 moments you care about (MV drop, first stage, etc.)
- Use a single checklist instead of endless scrolling
- Join a companion session if you want community—without pressure
- Leave space for rest. Enjoyment works better when you're not exhausted
